These envelopes have been as durable and easy to use as those sold by USPS. Great value.

ordered two boxes. He shipped one and by the deceptive appearance on the amazon tracking page it looked like he had shipped both. Upon closer inspection of UPS e-mail it was obvious he had only shipped one box. After contacting him he apologized and stated he would ship out immediately. He did not! Now I have to file a claim and order from someone else plus my money is tied up w/amazon and I am still waiting to do my business.

I love the product, however the owner is VERY UNPROFESSIOANL! I made contact with him due to the order I had place was being mailed through USP in with I’ve had several ongoing problems with them about other packages that were to be deleivered to my residence. As it never fail my packages through them are NEVER delivered on or before the date of delivery. ALL WAS SEVERAL DAYS AFTER!! As that I do alot of traveling I need the packages to be delivered on time OR a day after. Oh, please note I’ve never had a problem when FED EX delivers at my residence.
In an attempt to tell the owner that I would like to CANCEL the first order, and place another order and PAY NOW for the second and that I would refuses the deleivery of the first order in with I would take a lost on the shipping! So that he wouldn’t lose a dime on this. .
I then was trying to tell him that I would send him a shipping label from my Fed Ex account for the SECOND order as that I know I would receive that package before I left the state.
I’m going to assume the only thing he heard was that I would like to CANCEL, because immediately after I stated that he hung up on me. I then called back just in case it was an error, however it wasn’t because I asked him, “Did you just hang up on me” and he stated, “YES and told me that he was busy with other customers!” I asked for a manager lord-be- hold he tells me that he is the manager/owner and then hung up on me again!
As an owner of private investigation company I would never speak to a customer the way he spoke to me. During this time in age every company out there is trying to KEEP there customers NOT run them away!

Good product, good delivery time and will buy again from them. Have been satisfied by the quality of the envelopes.

This is a first for me; reviewing mailer envelopes!!! The fact that they don’t annoy me when I use them is due to their good quality and
functionallity. Unlike so many other things in today’s market, they are very reliable.
